Thank You Michelle Roach and the Kitchener Market for your donation of two cooking classes to our Silent Auction!

"It doesn't matter if you know your way around the kitchen, can't tell a saucepan from a frying pan, or just want a fun night out - they have a class for you! Each class is taught by one of our professional, local chefs in our cooking space - the Marketplace. Classes are small, with only 14 students or less, and feature hands-on instruction with tips and tricks from the professional kitchen. After the class, the students and chef sit down to enjoy the evening's creations."

 I personally have attended a few of these classes with a friend and it's a wonderful experience filled with fun, laughter and learning new recipes. The chef's are knowledgeable, personable and of course, know their way around the kitchen.
